Initial cold working

There are domestic advanced vacuum quenching furnace and vacuum tempering furnace in the hot working area,to ensure that the product quality is in line with the world.Hot working for roller mouldsproduced in all large, medium and small production lines, and the roller moulds are centrally managed, and individually stored. Through continuous technological innovation, now Hongminmouldhas much unique experience in new product development, the roller mould development andnew technologyapplication.On the basis of conventional roller heat treatment,Hongmin considers the special requirements of stainless steel pipes anddevelopeda new type of heat treatment process applicable for rolling stainless steel pipes by adopting Cr12MoV material and the technology ofcovering ultrahard alloy carbide layer throughthermal reaction metal salt bath, to form a layer of surfacealloycarbide with HV2000-3500 hardness on the roller surface, in the way, the occlusion scratching problem during the rolling process ofstainless steel pipes is effectivelysolved. The process is equally applicable to precision pipe, brass pipe and aluminum piperoller moulds.
There are 3 production lines, i.e. large, medium and small rollerprocessing production lines in the precision processing area, and the processing capacity can reach 260~300 tons of roller moulds per month.
A Large-standardroller mould production line, mainly producing the mould with the specifications of Φ219 or above;
B Medium-standardroller mould production line, mainly producing the mould with the specifications of Φ219 or below;
C Small precision roller mould production line, mainly producing high precision roller mould.
Provided with 30 (sets of)CNC processing equipment, 20 (sets of)thread cutting devices, 28(sets of)ordinary lathes including German high-precisionCNC turning center, Taiwan high-precision CNC lathe, CNC precision grinder, internal grinder, and 2.5m CNC vertical lathe.
After the roller is processed, the quality department will test every produce and dimension value in accordance with the drawing, to make the Hongmin products to minimize the workload of users cooperating the debugging on the site, to ensure that the equipment is put into production as soon as possible.
